Is it easy to cancel my subscription?

• Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just send us a message through the Contact Us page, and we will cancel it within 48 hours.

How often do you release new boxes?

• We release new boxes every month. Some may feature recurring items, however every box will be unique.

When am I charged?

• You will be charged every month on the same date that your signed up for the subscription.

When will I receive my box?

• All subscriptions that are paid for by the 15th of every month will be shipped on or before the 22nd of that month. If a subscription is paid for after the 15th, that box will be fulfilled the following month.

How long does delivery take?

• This will be determined by you at checkout based on the shipping method that you choose.

Where do you ship to?

• We ship exclusively to the United States.
